Parties

Parties are quick, casual groups for adventuring together - completely separate from clans. No land, no gold, no ceremony: just you and up to four friends, for as long as tonight lasts.

How it works

  • Youโ€™re always in a party - alone, itโ€™s just a party of one.
  • /party invite <player> - invite someone (they get a clickable Accept).
  • /party accept - join the inviterโ€™s party. Accepting leaves your current party. Parties hold up to 5 players.
  • /party - see your party, its leader (โ™›), and whoโ€™s online.
  • /party leave - back to your own company.
  • /party kick <player> - leader only.
  • Go offline for 30 minutes and you quietly drop back to a party of one - no stale parties.

Why party up?

Game mechanics centre on your party - starting with Expeditions: the Expeditionersโ€™ Guild opens twenty-minute links into worlds that exist only for your party. One fee, everyone teleported in together, glory (and double XP) shared. Fair warning: if anyone leaves the party while an expedition is queued, the trip is called off.

More party-centred features will follow.
